** IN THE HOOP POUCH **

    I have created an IN THE HOOP pouch

that is geared for both the purse hanger and the compact mirror

This project is for both 4x4 and the 5x7 hoops

 

I apologize for not having the HOW TO pictures to do the pouch. My camera bit the dust.

but I was able to get a few of the finished project.

Here are a few step by step directions...

First you will stitch out the front panel .... Lay aside...then do the back panel.

then on the specified step

you position the front panel (on the back side of the hoop) to the large piece in the hoop and stitch together. Your done...

 

Step 1

Hoop your Vilene

Step 2

First stitch is placement

Step 3

Lay down batting (thin) stitch

Step 4

Lay down fabric .. stitch

Step 5

Stitch the stippling stitch

Step 6

Lay fabric on backside for lining   stitch

Step 7

Trim both front and back as close as you can

Step 8

Position front panel on back side of hoop

aligning front panel to stitching at the botton

Stitch - Remove - Trim

this is the front panel - finished

this is the back panel - finished

I have merged the 2 together to show you how they will be positioned when finished
